Hi, I am trying to run my 1984-5 Triac via BobCad/Cam on my PC but I do not have the required RS232 cable.
I have bought the connectors to make up a lead, and I am unsure of the pin layout.
Any one have any idea?
Thankyou

from the orac manual (should be the same as triac)

try also
https://www.denfordata.com/downloads/dos/triac.zip
this may help testing your 232 connection.
You may also find the manuals for the triac here, though I've not checked.

sorry for the missleading info!
In the manuals dowload section is the scanned manual for the triac- there are connection details there
