Hi. Thanks for letting me know and sorry for the late reply. Does the chuck come with the correct gear to hook it up to an easiturn and what dia is the chuck.

thanks for your replys. i ve tried moving the photo interupter and the rpm reading does vary up and down when moved but its still not representing the correct rpm wherever i seem to move it. i will try the outputs with a volt meter and see what i can find out. It seems to only be counting some of th...

Hi all
does anybody know the part number for the proximity sensors on an easiturn. i no its got an m8 thread an is 22.5 mm long but i dont seem to be getting anywhere with that info. its the one off the x axis. any help would be apreciated.

thanks for the reply. what retro fit would you suggest an how much is it likely to cost. i just seem to be getting one problem after another trying to run it as it is. The machine itself seems solid an very accurate for its age but the electonics keep letting it down and unfortunatly i am not to goo...

Hi all. i ve only just sorted the problem i had with my sd 20 drives and now have another problem. The keyboard does nt work. i ve disconnected it an plugged it in again to see if it was a dodgy connection but had no luck. Has anybody got any ideas.

Thanks for the reply. Ive gone over both circuit boards with a fine tooth combe but cant see any visible damage i.e cracks or dry solder. I swapped the small board off the faulty drive with the board off the one that works and both drives work fine using that so now know thats the fault but dont no ...

Thanks for the reply. I ve carried out the T test and both the 1 & 0 change as i turn the spindle but all the holes in the spindle disc are exactly the same. Does this seem correct.

Hi i have recently purchased a easiturn 3 and in am having trouble getting a decent thread, it does nt seem to be picking up the same cutting pass in Z when it goes to take another cut. nothing seems to be loose.
