If anyone has an easiturn power chuck for sale please let me know. Cheers steve
I have one! I've never used it - other than connecting it up to an air supply to see if it works (and it does).
It's in pretty good condition.
Make me an offer! (probably best by PM)

Hi. Thanks for letting me know and sorry for the late reply. Does the chuck come with the correct gear to hook it up to an easiturn and what dia is the chuck.
Cheers Steve

The chuck has a pneumatic line to open/close the jaws. You will need to arrange your own pneumatic valves / air source. There is a spigot which sticks out of the bottom of the chuck to hold part of it stationary while the remainder rotates. You need to fabricate a fork to receive this as you slide the chuck in to place.
It has a D1-3 Camlock fitting so should attach directly to an easiturn.
I'll have to measure, but the chuck is between 200 and 250mm diameter.

The chuck is a Pratt Burnerd 1740-01710 6 1/2" diameter with 1 1/2" Bore. The overall diameter of the pneumatic manifold is 9".

It has two sets of soft jaws, one of which has been machined to grip circular section bar. The other has flat ends - ready to be machined. There are also two out of three hard jaws - not much use I know! I'm told they are a standard fitment though.
