Triac spares

Post by sweep »

I have finally taken the plunge and stripped out my PKS Digiplan drivers and Lynx 08 spindle drive from my Triac to build it into a seperate panel for control by Mach3.
As such I have the Triac Motherboard, green screen monitor, and front panel available, in fact everything that wasn't fastened to the motor control sub chassis.
Everything worked before stripping, and I have a video to prove if needed.
Would like to swap for a BT35 face mill holder with 22mm shank if possible.

Thanks ...Sweep

Hi there

I'm not sure if you still have some stuff for your Triac. I need for my TRiac sep./1985 a front panel for input.

Thank you
Best regards

Hi there

I would like to do the same this summer. Any chance to give me some guidance how you did it and maybe also a part list which you have used.

Thanks

Not a problem Eyupyupi as I bought most of my stuff from Farnells and saved all my shopping baskets.
Even though my original post was dated Oct 2008 I still haven't finished the job yet so I am still learning. I didn't work on the machine much through 2009 so am just getting back up to speed myself.
If you are local you are welcome to come and have a look for yourself.
If you want to ask specific questions i'll answer them as best as I can.

I'm in Birkenshaw, West Yorkshire.
I'll get some pics taken of the panel I am on with on post them on here then you can see if you recognise the major components as my machine is quite old and yours may use different stuff
Like I said, ask whatever and i'll try to help
