Now I already download NC Service handbook for TNC426/230 but zip file had password could anybody help me.

Hi - where did you download it or get the link from ?
Go back to that site - there is normally some info there telling you the zip file password

Ok, after a bit of research it seems you need to contact your local Heidenhain service agent for the password to unlock the zip files.
