Re: Fuse T6.3AL 250V
Try another fuse, but first remove the 3 orange connectors to the motors (marked X Y and Z with 4 wires in each)
If it still blows, then the bottom board will need repairing (look closely at the big chips mounted onto the black heatsink to the right of the fuse)
If not, then you will need to check the stepper motors wiring with an ohm-meter for a short circuit in the wires or motors themselves.
If it still blows, then the bottom board will need repairing (look closely at the big chips mounted onto the black heatsink to the right of the fuse)
If not, then you will need to check the stepper motors wiring with an ohm-meter for a short circuit in the wires or motors themselves.

Check the transistors for damage but it sounds like you need a replacement card.

I removed the 3 orange connectors and it still blew.

How do I repair this chip? can I find it in a local shop?

I have no experience using ohm-meter..![]()

Re: Fuse T6.3AL 250V
Can you see / feel any damage on the surfaces of the transistors on the heat sink ?
Re: Fuse T6.3AL 250V
The Baldor bottom card comes with the transistors mounted on. You may be best contacting youre Denford agent in order to perchase a replacement or have it repaired.
