Error Message “OS Error The parameter is incorrect"

In Virtual Reality for the PCB production I get an Error Message which is “OS Error: The parameter is incorrect”.

It will allow me to move on to the next stages but I cannot Jog the tool or set up the machine. I have Version 5.13 of the VR software

1. Try turning down the graphic Acceleration

It looks like the message relates to the capability of your computer to display the graphics. The PCB software uses Open GL graphics and will crash if the computer cannot run the application.

If you reduce the hardware graphics acceleration then try and run the software again this should sort it.

To turn down the graphics hardware acceleration:


Right click on the desktop

Properties

Settings

Advanced

Troubleshoot

Pull the Hardware acceleration slider to the left "NONE"
