Hi

im new to this fourm, just wondering if anybody has any diagrams i can see to make a rs232 cable to interface with my easiturn 3 and my laptop running the easiturn dos software?

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

If you have any issues connecting up, or formatting your Ind editor, I could forward you my parameters.
I have an old dell cpt330 laptop(win2000) connected to mine for tranfering progs.

hi

got an old ibm laptop with 25 pin printer port and 9 pin serial port

a few questions, shall i use the 25 pin port or the 9 pin port to make the cable?
