Anyone know what a R3780 Transistor is ?
repairing a CD-20 PKS Digiplan drive from my easymill 3 ,

looking on www.datasheetarchive.com seems to show that part as a power-rectifier diode. Not sure this is right- I couldn't see anyhting on my CD20's in that package. Where is it on the board (ref heatsink upwards, connector facing you)?
any other numbers oj this device that might assist?

Q32 is the board designation ,
their in to220 type cases , on the main pcb theirs 2 types so presume NPN & PNP types

on my cd20s Q32 is a BD242. Just in case the designations have changed, it's layed down- not on the heatsink, top left corner near connector.

If you have any problem getting that specific transistor and need help to source it/an alternative, let me know.
