I want to buy a new chuck for my Easiturn lathe.
Do you know what type of cam-lock back plate fits? Are they the same as one of the other more common brands E.g. Colchester?
Thanks in advance,
Si

Simon,
Should be a standard D1-3 - the same as on the manual 280 VS and Synchro machines.
Also the same as a Colchester Bantam, Harrison M250, etc., but not the larger machines (Student, M300,etc) which are D1-4.
If buying used, make sure you check the size, as things are often incorrectly identified. The dimensions (pin dia , PCD and taper) are easily found via google.
Hope this helps.
