Tool Turret not turning on NovaTurn

Customer Issue:

The tool turret is not turning on a Novaturn. It was working earlier in the day. Turret gets very hot, and the fuses have been checked and are all fine.

Are there any error messages on the sceen ?

If you try to index the turret - can you hear the turret motor running ? - you may have to remove the motor from the body to be sure
If the motor runs but the turret doesn't, then it is going to need servicing/replacing
