Can you attach a photo of the damaged card ?
Thanks for your reply
I have replaced the battery, but it's still not run. I think the machine has lost its software. I'd like to know where I can get that software.

I think the card is not damaged, but it is low battery. I have replaced the battery, but it didn’t run. May be it has lost some software. If it is the case, please kindly help to send me the link to that software. Thank you

Sorry to keep going on about it, but a picture of the card will help locate the correct software as well :)

Some Mirac software is located here:
https://www.denford.ltd.uk/index.php?opt ... &Itemid=51

But it really depends on your control card type, as to which software is correct (eg Windows or DOS)
These are some pics of the card and machine

Hi,

As I understand it the battery is not needed.

1, What computer operating system are you using?
2, What version of Denford Operating software are you trying to use?
3, What RS232 lead are you using?
