orac speed control

Can anyone supply info re the connections to terminal block 1 (6 way) on the Brown Pestell spindle speed control.

I notice that the document linked to in post #2 only contains the even numbered pages from the original hardcopy document.

Is there any chance of a scan of the odd numbered pages?
