After 20 years of working perfectly, I've just turned on the novamill to get a pop up stating the pc mint version is wrong and do i want to download another one, whichever option I pick, yes or no, it will not connect. I get another pop up with some suggested solutions which I've done with no luck.
The LED is switching between 0 and L if this has any bearing on it. Any help much appreciated.
No afraid not. I am now looking at options to upgrade the electronics and converting it to mach 3.
As you are only located in Bradford could you bring the machine and computer to the factory in Brighouse We could take a look at it for you?
Do you run the software with VR Milling 5? If so then try downloading and installing the latest version from scratch.

Otherwise could you please take a screenshot of the error message?

hi give us a call when you are thinking of coming over. Ask for Martin or Steve.
Thanks for the kind offer problem solved. Don't know what went wrong but a re install with the newer VRM 5.7 and replaced a blown fuse on the spindle control board has done the trick.
