UCP driver on Windows 7

Denford / Bofa Extraction Unit

No power

Our College 60w VersaLaser 2011 model has stopped working.
Power fuses are fine.
PC is saying USB ports are over power (according to technician)
Machine does not appear to be connected (i.e. driver is not seeing it)

Any ideas?

If not, does anyone know who repairs machines in the the East Sussex/Eastbourne area?

What machine is it?
Does it see the USB device?
