Hi, I Made a big misstake when I disassembled my ORAC. I was sure that I didn't need this part, the PC1601 its the "rectifier board" for 24v and 12v. But now I know bether. =)
From my transformer I have two green cables, two yellow, one blue, one orange and on black.
Could it be possible it should be mounted in the following order:
Green
Green
Blue
Orange
Yellow
Yellow?

I dont know the colours on this transformer but can make an educated guess.
The Black is probably the Neutral
The Orange and Blue will be either 115V or 240V.
If you have a multimeter you can confirm this. Measure on ohms the resistance from Black to Orange then black to Blue.
If one of the readings is double the other then the one with the higher reading will be 240V
If the readings are equil then I got the Neutral wire wrong.
Start with Blue as Neutral then measure to black and orange. The higher reading will be the 240V and the other 115v.
The pairs of greens and yellows will be the 12V and 24V. Depending on the current rating the resistance will vary so you cannot work this out from measuring resistance. You can however check they are pairs. Measure Green to green and there should be a low resistance (a few ohms).
All you can do now is connect the Neutral and 240 wire and measure the two pairs on AC volts. You should have about 9V AC for the 12V supply and 18V AC for the 24V supply.
