QuickCAM Pro will not open VR Milling as a normal user

If I am logged the machine as the Administrator and open QuickCam Pro go through the process of producing a file I then get to the last screen which is "Post Proccess" click the button and save the file VR Milling V5 opens but If I perform the same function as a standard user when I click on "Post Proccess" it only saves the file and DOES NOT open VR Milling V5.

Because the normal user will be using a different INI file (settings), it may be that the option to output to VR Milling is not turned on..

Check it on the Options menu (see attached) ..
