USB to RS232 adapter / adaptor / converter / convertor

I have a PC / Laptop with only USB outputs, can you recommend a USB to RS232 adapter that will work, as i have tried one which does not seem to work

Baldor our controller manufacturer have told us this USB to RS232 adapter is the one to use:
SiteCOM part number:CN-104
www.sitecom.com
they can be bought also from sweethaven at £24.99 (www.sweethaven.co.uk)

We have tried a device from www.easysync.co.uk on the latest NextMove ST cards at 57600 baud and it worked great.

It costs about £36, and is a very well built device - USB-2COM-M
