Anyone got any tips for coolant compartment maintenance?

Mines starting to go rusty?

a good degrease and a coat of smooth or hammerite. let it have the full time to harden off.
Or some other suitable/durable paint

I actually added a thin layer of car body filler to the bottom of my tank and covered it with a very thin sheet of aluminium (no paint). Working very well thus far. Sealed up the edges with sealant used for ducting (sets like concrete).
