Since posting, Pete has advised me to add the document in an older format, word97-2000 so that it's a .doc instead of a .docx a lot more people will be able to open it.
You now have the choice although it's in Word 97-2003 format!

That's pretty handy for beginners or new owners trying to figure out what all the markings mean. I like the intermediate threading pitch numbers on your chart - mine doesn't have that.
Can I suggest something? If you save the document in an older format, word97-2000 so that it's a .doc instead of a .docx a lot more people will be able to open it. .docx doesn't automatically associate with programs like openoffice.
