The UP keeps bringing up the following messages:
Error 021: SD card full
Can't create motion print
It then doesn't print, any clues?
Unable to prepare layers for printing

Re: Unable to prepare layers for printing
I guess this is a problem about the SD card. Turn off the printer and close the software. Remove the front cover of the printer, reinsert the SD card.
UP Inspector
Close the UP software and locate the UP Inspector program located in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\UP\ UPInspector.exe
Run the UP Inspector and Click TestSD card.
If the SD card completes successfully then try printing again.
If you still have trouble then:
Reformat the MicroSD Card

Re: Unable to prepare layers for printing
The classical turning it off and on again usually works if the problem crops up.
But, if it doesn't, it will be because the SD card is corrupt and hasn't been programmed properly by the software. This can be fixed using the UP Inspector software which comes installed on the users computer when the standard UP Software is installed. This can be found by connecting the UP printer and going to C:\Program Files (x86)\UP\ UPInspector.exe
Once the software is opened the user simply has to press the "Test SD Card" button and the software will scan the SD card in the UP printer. If the SD card has any major problems the user simply has to follow the on screen instructions in the software to wipe the SD card and start from scratch.
Hope this helps,

Re: Unable to prepare layers for printing
Thank you for the tips.
I have done both of the suggestions, but it is still coming up with the Can't write to SD card error 021.
When I tried the UP inspector, it was saying error no SD card.
I looked to ensure it was in place, it is but really hot?
Any clues?
Thanks
