It looks difficult, but could you get a (better) picture of the whole board ?
Can you also supply thing like board numbers / ID's / names - what is the DIP switch called on the PCB screen print ?
There are all kinds of PNC3 circuit digrams here, but I still can't find any switch setting tables or any board layouts that look like yours
A bit more info will make it easier to spot
