Managed to find a Denford Cyclone a few months back and a friend picked up the machine and converted it to Mach 3.
Macro for the toolchanger.
Got the machine running today and all works great. The only thing I was puzzled by was when the coolant flows out of the back of the spindle bore it does not seem to have anywhere to go?
I need to machine a few drill holder blocks on the Triac and turn some sleeves and I should be good to go.
Need to setup all of the tools in Mach 3 and try get a part running.
Nice parting tool was in the machine. It always seems to be tricky to part off though. Any ideas on best speeds and feeds for 25mm aluminum?

It sits well across from 2 Triacs on Mach 3
