S'RAM BACK UP

I have a Cyclone with Fanuc OT which had been left in a collage for a number of years resulting in its batteries going flat. ( Big Trouble I know)
If anyone has a similar machine to this Im looking for a copy of the S'RAM BACK UP so I can get started on fixing it.

Serial cy27070 c
Date of manufacture 1990
Serial of electrics 9123227

Any help on this would be appreciated

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile

Hold down EOB when outputting to backup the 900 parameters as well.
