also found that on a restricted PC, if you have installed the USB driver correctly under administrator, but then connect the USB cable into a different port, Windows will lose the driver - it sees the device as being new again, being a restricted user will not then let the device load onto the new port.
Check in device manager -> USB devices for the Baldor USB device
If its not there then this is causing the error message.
Hope to fix VR Milling V5 soon to trap the error and give a more meaningful message
