Boot up failure on DOS machine

I get the following message when i boot up my DOS machine

Keyboard failure
640k Base memory,00384k extended
Invalid configuration information-please run SETUP program.
Strike the F1 key to continue.
F2 to run the setup utility.

The PC has it lost its bios settings?

Plug the keyboard in, press F2, and set the clock, floppy drive, HDD etc.
