Hi .
Yes , tried that , iv checked the voltage out for 500.1000, 2000 and 4000 all ok
also checked orientation voltage , this is low , which is why i wanted to alter the Fanuc Parameters .
also can you turn off the requirement to orientate .before a tool change.

hi ive checked the resistance of each coil and it measures about 2 ohms each so all looks well . and i checked the connections for a broken wire , but found none . so i changes the motor to a new one , which came from (Motion Control ltd , in Poole ) they took a look at the old motor provided a suit...

ah yeah i have the DA collets andy i use the holders in my machine and have a few spares collets
Just to check they are the right DA collets the Dia is 11.5mm and the shoulder is 13.5 in dia sound right??

I have fixed the leak not sure how that worked thee was a valve which was leaking but i looked at the pipe the piece come out the valve and back in the other side? why??? some type of drop out presure valve anyway just out of intrest i pulled it off and bypassed it! with a 6mm hose its great workss ...
