You can download version 1,30 from our website which includes 32 bit & 64 bit but does say Windows7 & try that.

Re: turret problem in 270 pro

It may be worth checking the motor coupling. You should be able to remove the four cap head screws & pull the motor out. Depending on the age it will either have a Oldham Coupling or a split pin.

Yes that's what we use.

If you want you could lower the depth of cut & increase the federate.

It may just need lubricating with Silicone spray.

Otherwise the X axis nuts may need to be removed & cleaned out.

Re: Feed override stuck at 5%

You can check the inputs using EasyUpgrader. Open EasyUpgrader then connect. Then right click on the top banner & go to Card Test. The password is tristar. Then connect. you should see both values between 0 & 50 when you move the pots. Also check the commons are connected on the plug where the input...

Re: Feed override stuck at 5%

I presume you have a Denstep top card with a red seven segment LED on the control card & not a NextStep card?

It may be worth checking the connections on both pots as the 0 volts & +5 volts DC do double up from one to the other.

There is a charge for both of them.

If you can create a DXF file VRMilling will open it & create a machine plan. There is a tutorial in VRMilling to guide you through.

Re: Laser cutter smoking post clean

What model of Versalaser do you have & what extraction unit is fitted? It may be worth checking the air flow where it comes out of the extraction unit either on the back if it's a Bofa unit (Door on side) or underneath if it's a ULS unit 2 doors in front). I have seen an issue before on the ULS extr...
