MicroRouter clamp slipping

Cutting oak and the wood slips out of the clamp.
How can I keep it from slipping?

Mount a stop block on the table with a couple of table t-nuts. Slot the holes in the piece for adjustment. You should be able to set the stop block in place and just loosen the the clamp to change pieces.
