Post by bradders » Thu 29 Mar , 2007 8:47 am

I am trying to screw cut multi start threads, but having trouble with the Cyclone Fanuc 21i getting it to read G32, I am getting a error message "code not recognised"

also all 21i not reading coolant codes.

When reading Coolant on/off codes on both fanuc21i Mill & Lathe Controller hangs

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Try G76 for threading (look in the Fanuc user manual for details)

The cyclone has a coolant selector switch for Manual or Automatic operation of the coolant - check that this is set to Auto in order for M08 / M13 / M14 to work.
