Slipping drive pulley Viceroy TDS

Hi.
Can anyone help with a solution to a problem. The top belt drive pulley on my lathe is just spinning on the shaft
I’ve had the drive belt off and can’t see a grub screw, so I have no idea how it should be attached to the shaft
