when I press the "XYZ" function to home the cuter before running the machine the numbers on the X axis position just keep going up without the tool moving anywhere!
I have tried all I can tink of including shutting down the machine and restarting.
With an exam board deadline looming I an in serious panis mode.

Can you use the secret home button & jog the axis?
Do any of the axis power up?
Can you check if the drive fuses?
What is the serial number of your machine as we should be able to look back at the electrical record sheet to see what drives are used for the axis.

After taking the macine apart I found that the drive coupling on the X axis had sheared.
I have been able to order a replacement from Denford.
