I am after a CNC mill of a similar size and weight of a Starmill. It is important that it has pneumatic drawbar for quick release/reload of tooling.
I think I am correct in assuming that the machine would need to have ATC facility for there to be a pneumatic draw bar.
I wouldn't use ATC function anyhow so if that didn't work it's not a problem.
