Can't open or create record file

Hi all,

When trying to print, the message "Can't open or create record file" appears... and when I click ok, a new message saying "can't open or create history file" appears.

The file then goes on as if it will print, but then freezes as it is sending layer 1.

Any idea what these messages mean?

The file I am trying to print is attached.
