Removing 8-station turret wheel

Hi all,

I just bought an Orac and would like to remove the rusty wheel off its 8-station turret station to de-rust it. I removed the 3 screws on the wheel, expecting it to come off easily after that. But it's not budging. Is there something else I need to do or is it stuck somehow and I just need to use more force?
