The 7 segment dispaly is reading".L" not sure what this means. Is there a contact number I can call for technical support? I am located in Wyoming.

I think L appears when the card is waiting for the mint to be downloaded and run.
Can you connect from VR milling (I presume v2)?
Have you checked the RS232 is all connected ?
Has the machine worked previously ?
