how can i view a dwg. file?

Just Google "dwg viewer" and look for freeware viewers. If you have Denford VR Milling Software you can import the dwg file and process it through the wizard to get a g/m code program.

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.
