How to assemble an ER20 collet to the Collet Nut

On the pro Range of spindle motors there is and ER20 collet chuck fitted.

The collet must be assembled to the nut before it is inserted into the spindle nose otherwise it will not grip correctly and the tool will not release as the collet is released.

Attached is a short movie showing how to attach collets to the nut.
