Microrouter Compact Spindle Motor

The spindle motor on our Microrouter Compact slowed in RPM then stopped.
What needs to be checked.

Check the On/Off switch on the side of the motor.
Check/Replace the fuse for the spindle motor.
Check the power plug and socket for the spindle motor.
Check the motor brushes, replace if they are badly worn. The brushes need to move freely in the brush holders.
Vacuum out the motor and use compressed air to blow the dust out of the motor.
