New to CNC

I am relatively new to the whole CNC thing. Through the NSF grant, Our Middle School recently got the Microrouter compact and quick cam. Things are working well, but I have a question about utilizing quick cam for another CNC router (Techno) that we have in the high school. The post-process files that are generated by quickcam for the Denford machine, will not work on our Techno. I would like to be able to utilize both machines when machining alot of F1 cars. Our Techno machine has been utilizing MasterCAM. Can I get the quickcam to post process the files to the same format that our Techno is reading? I'm sorry if this question is in the wrong place. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
