Upgrading a '98 Microrouter with a SmartStep/3 control card from DOS to VR Milling v2.31.
After installing the new EPROM a "7" comes up on the LED Display.
Any idea what this means?

Does the machine function?
Does the number change when you hit E-Stop?

It's an "L".
The card is installed vertically in the control box, had to get the right orientation.
Checking the home switches and wiring.
Thanks for the help.

Boots,
In my notes "L" can mean "Denford Software Not Communicating" with the machine
