Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Hi, I thought I had replied to this already :?

The disk will either be 720Kb or 1.44Mb if the drive only supports the older 720Kb, then I think you can tape over the extra hole on a 1.44 disk and format it as 720Kb (you probably can't buy 720Kb disks any more - its hard anough to find any these days)

If the floppy drive supports either, then just create a system bootable disk from DOS, and copy the contents from the original one to the other.
On a single floppy system with no hard disk, this may be quite difficult and I'm struggling to remember how you would do it.

It might be best to format the new disk from another PC running windows 95, or DOS.
From DOS, type format /? to get help on creating a bootable disk - just be careful not to format the original :!:
