For some reason the laptop that we have been using via the ethernet cable to connect to the cnc keeps coming up with an error message saying
check connection for cable. It was working perfectly the day before. Our IT department have checked the cable and connections to the laptop and the machine but to no avail.Would there be a connection issue in the actual machine? If so how would we correct this please.

What is the serial number & date of manufacture of the machine.
