Is there a user manual available? Particularly one that covers machines without auto tool change?

I found a manual online but it doesn't cover a couple of questions I have....
The machine has a blue tank on the back. I assume this is mist coolant as it also has an air inlet. Is there a separate manual for the mist coolant? I assume it uses the same air as the tool change? Is there a certain pressure?
The machine doesn't have tool change fitted but does have the button for doing a manual change - would this suggest that it was supplied with tool changer but someone has removed it? Again, does the air pressure matter much?
