Where can I recourse a return spring for the viceroy pillar PD200/46?

Guessing your old one is broken (or is it missing?)?
I doubt you'll find one with a Denford label / part number on it, so a few choices if you have the bits of the old one:
Measure the width, thickness & number of turns, then try an online search.
Do you have a clock repairer near you? Ask them what they do for broken springs.
If it is broken near one end, can it be locally annealed to form a new hook? Won't be quite as good as the original, but not far off.
Have you managed to find a parts list somewhere on this forum? If so, we might be able to find a drawing.

I found this:
