Have you checked the parts diagrams, while I can't see any drawings for any carriage items the tailstock drawing download/file.php?id=4114 indicates a standard Elesa part so maybe look here for a suitable replacement https://www.elesa.com/en/elesab2bstoreu ... dwheels--1 .
