Hi again,
Just got back to working with the Mirac.
Managed to process the Pawn file from QuickTURN and got a nice virtual result.
In sending the G-code through to Mach3 some strange things happen!
Have tried many combinations of the post processing options with the closest result attached,
but still several odd moves.
If anyone can help I will be so thankful.
Thanks
John

- The toolpath seems to miss out on the reverse cuts but the simulation runs fine!

Re: QuickTURN 2D to Mach3 issues
I would try going into the tooling library and uncheck all the tools that are unessential.
I would then ensure the tool geometry is correct for all the active tools.
I find it difficult to see the unwanted moves in your graphics.
The software is used mainly for training purposes and there are some moves that seem unnecessary but are in the program to ensure material is removed from each at the start and finish of each segment the Cam selects to be machined by each tool.
