Our VLS6.60 is not cutting today. It worked fine 24hrs ago. The red beam is present when lid is open, but not when closed and moving. No mark is being made. I have checked the mirrors, nozzle, z height. Any thoughts?

Try disconnecting the USB cable from the computer while the machine is powered up? You should get a disconnect error countdown. Then when you plug it back in it will download the firmware. I have seen this work several times.
