Urgent! Help required in implementing CIM

After successful operation of Mill, Lathe ASRS and robotic arm, i am moving toward implemenation of CIM.
I am having a problem in dispatcer, it says machines are not connected.
Kindly resolve m=this issue, i shall be thankful to you

These are some notes I found in the Host cell,
I could not understand it because there is very less detail in it
could you help me please to implement CIM
