I get this message when running CNC Simplified Multimedia

Error received when playing video. "Video not available. Cannot find VIDS.IV50 decompressor"

This indicates the file was compressed with a codec that is not installed on the computer.
In this case the codec VIDS.IV50 is Intel's Indeo Video Interactive 5 codec.
It's needed but wasn't found.
The solution is to install the Indeo Video Interactive codec on the particular machine generating the error.
